Our garden rooms need a firm level base foundation that can carry the weight of the building. In some cases our customers already have a suitable base or wish to organise one themselves so we offer our foundations service as an option.

Skylights at £400 each inc Vat

Framing an ever changing view of the sky and adding more light especially if the sun is mostly at the back of the chosen location.

Underfloor Heating at £50 per m2 inc Vat

The most efficient way to heat our garden rooms and take up less space. Supplied with a programmable touch-control thermostat.

Electrical Connection from £400 inc Vat

All projects vary. We are able to provide a fixed price quote once we have been able to appraise the projects complexities.

Cladding Options

We treat our cladding with a choice of preservatives as standard free of charge. We offer a range of naturally durable quality timber species such as Siberian Larch, Douglas Fir and Cedar. In addition, you can choose from a variety of colours and finishes to customise your Pod.
