The Maxi 2020 Garden room is a modular building system that has been developed to cater to a demand we have had for larger, deeper garden rooms.
Utilising the same high-end eco friendly materials with multiple upgrades and improvements the Maxi 2020 offers outstanding value for money.
The Maxi 2020 is fully insulated for year-round use and comfort, with eco friendly sheep’s wool being a perfect choice due to its naturally high insulation qualities, breathability and most importantly sustainability.
Compared to the market, our walls are much thicker, in some cases 3-4 times thicker. Thicker walls offer better insulation, better sound absorption and firmer, more robust buildings.
When balancing up value for money, our walls come in at an overall thickness of 16.7cm. The internal wall panelling is made of 18mm thick melamine faced MDF or lacquered Birch which means they are solid and load bearing for easy fitting of shelving or fixtures.
Our UK manufactured steel roofing is coated with a special protective surface called PVC Plastisol.
PVC Plastisol coated sheeting is a very high quality galvanised steel sheet with a primer paint and the PVC rolled onto it resulting in a very durable end product that doesn't fade or scratch easily.
The Maxi 2020 comes with a colour matched roof that is in keeping with our Anthracite Grey Aluminium windows and doors.

Our quote will take into account foundation work (if applicable), distance to site, building size, window and door configurations, how involved the electrical connection will be etc. Once we have all the data we can then commit and issue a fixed price quote and estimated lead-time.
